Lane 1. Registration for Authors with PAPER/ABSTRACT ACCEPTED for Presentation
(please use Lane 2 if you have no paper/abstract accepted for presentation)
| Registration fee (ICBMS 2021) In-person attendance and presentation:Early-bird Registration Fee (on or before May 21st, 2021): HKD 2,940 (approx. USD 380) Regular Registration Fee (after May 21st, 2021): HKD 3,480 (approx. USD 450) Online attendance and presentation (free registration for the 2nd paper; maximum 2 papers):Early-bird Registration Fee (on or before May 21st, 2021): HKD 2,640 (approx. USD 340) Regular Registration Fee (after May 21st, 2021): HKD 3,180 (approx. USD 410) Terms and conditions: 1. The registration fee includes: conference attendance certificate of attendance and official receipt. 2. Policy for cancellation of registration: For cancellations made before the early-bird registration deadline, the registration fee is refundable after deducting USD100 administrative charge. The registration fee is non-refundable for cancellations made on and after the early-bird registration deadline. 3. The registration fee will be refunded in full if the organizer cancels the conference due to unforeseen natural disaster, epidemic disease, and/or civil/political unrest at the conference location. |
Step 1: Select the number of paper(s) to be presented in-person by the sameattending author. Select “Online presentation” if you opt for online attendance and presentation.
Note: If your paper is multi-authored and more than one author will attend the conference, each attending author needs to register separately (using the same Paper I.D. code) and pay individual registration fee separately.
Step 2: Enter the name of ONE attending author.
Step 3: Enter the 6-digit Paper I.D. code(s) of your paper(s) (separated by “;” in case of multiple papers). Refer to the acceptance letter/email for the Paper I.D. code of your paper.
Step 4: Click the “Pay Now” button. You will be carried to the PayPal secured payment page, where you can log in to / create your PayPal account.

Note: A receipt will be sent by email if your payment is successful. An official receipt will be issued at the conference venue.
OPTION 2: Bank Transfer and Western Union Transfer
SIBR accepts payment by Bank Transfer and Western Union Transfer (in USD), but needs to charge extra USD10 to cover our bank charge/handling fee (there is no bank charge/ handling fee if you can pay by credit card). icbms@ubl.ac.id for further details.
