The 2nd ICBMS 2023, hosted by Pascasarjana Universitas Bandar Lampung – Indonesia, will be held hybrid. Pascasarjana Universitas Bandar Lampung (hereinafter abbreviated as UBL) is the best private university in Sumbagsel (Consist of 4 provinces; South Sumatra, Lampung, Bangka Belitung, & Bengkulu), which is located in Bandar Lampung City, Lampung Province. UBL is managed by Lampung Administration Foundation (YAL).

- Turn left onto Branti Raya road / Lintas Sumatera road (Continue to follow the Lintas Sumatra road)
- At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto the Lintas Barat Sumatera road / ZA Road Pagar Alam
- Keep going straight to stay on Jl. Lintas Barat Sumatra / ZA Pagar Alam road (Continue to follow Jl. ZA. Pagar Alam)
